Although the actual Tower of London does not appear on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, the episode "The Adventures of Sherlock Mario" takes place in the fictional city of Victoria, which is largely inspired by Victorian London and features the Tower of Victoria, based on the Tower of London.

The Tower of London appears in both versions of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. In the Wii version, the tower only appears on the London Party map, though in the Nintendo 3DS version it appears as the setting for several Story Mode episodes. It first appears as the main location in Sonic Arrives, in which Sonic and Tails go sightseeing and encounter red Phantasmal Fog there, along with imposters of Mario and Luigi, and once again in The Ghostly Tower, where Sonic and Tails defeat King Boo and the Boo who are guarding the fog machine and clear the fog from the area. The episode Bowser's Blues also begins by the Tower of London, where Bowser is sightseeing with Goomba, Magikoopa and Lakitu, the latter of which mistakes the Tower of London for Big Ben. It also appears in the background of the episodes Enter Bowser?! and Junior, Super Hero?, which primarily take place on Tower Bridge.
