“Although the actual road is closed to the public for security reasons, Downing Street's quiet residential neighborhood conceals the important decisions made at Number 10, the official home of England's Prime Minister. Built in the 1600's by Sir George Downing, it was not until King George II gave it to England's first Prime Minster in 1732 that it became the executive residence. Number 11 and 12 Downing Street, all beautiful Georgian style homes, are also the homes and offices of high-ranking government leaders.”
Pamphlet, Mario is Missing! (PC)

10 Downing Street is the residence of the British Prime Minister in London, United Kingdom, forming part of the center of the government, alongside the Cabinet Office.[1] It appears in PC versions of Mario is Missing! as a visitable location.[2] In the game, the place was closed when a Koopa Troopa stole the Door to 10 Downing Street, but was later reopened when Luigi returned it to the curator.
