The Turkish Flag (Turkish: Türk bayrağı) is an item exclusive to the PC versions of Mario is Missing!. In that game, one of the Koopa Troopas steal it from Galata Bridge, forcing the mosque to close until Luigi returns it with a reward of 1980 dollars (and a bonus of 3600 dollars if Luigi returns the Turkish Flag first).
