The Dark Clown is a Super kart in Mario Kart Tour. Introduced in the 2019 Halloween Tour, it is a variant of the Koopa Clown with a purple and black color scheme, and red eyes, steering wheel, seat, and dashboard. Unlike the Koopa Clown, it uses the Cyber Slick tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Like the Koopa Clown, this kart increases the duration of Mini-Turbo boosts and the number of points awarded for performing Mini-Turbos.

  • Mario Kart Tour Twitter: Ever notice how well the Dark Clown kart and Swooper glider go together? The purple color scheme and dark shades make these two a perfect match.[1] (The tweet mistakenly mentions the Swooper instead of the Wicked Wings.)
