Mayor O. K. Leeder is a character in the PC version of Mario is Missing!. His name is a pun on "OK leader," and he is the fictional mayor of Tokyo, Japan. Like the other mayors, Mayor O. K. Leeder contacts Luigi via videophone first when he arrives in the city and again once every artifact has been recovered.
