The carnival headdress is an item in PC releases of Mario is Missing!. It is a headdress from the Carnival parade in Rio de Janeiro that was stolen by a Koopa. The parade is forced to shut down until Luigi returns it to the curator, granting him a reward of 1650 dollars and a bonus of 3000 dollars.
