Template:Spmenemybox Ruff Puffs are cloud enemies that appear in the Paper Mario series. They attack by bonking people in the head in the first game and slamming into them in the latter two. A Ruff Puff's signature move is its ability to charge up for electric attacks. Ruff Puffs are the followers of Huff N. Puff, and so along with the giant cloud they invaded Flower Fields in the original Paper Mario. The name "Ruff Puff" comes from a corruption of the word "rough", while the "puff" part of their name refers to the fact that they are puffy clouds.

In the sequels to Paper Mario, Ruff Puffs were simply generic enemies, and were lighter in colour. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door they appear inside Riverside Station, and are the only Puff to not also appear in the Rogueport Pit of 100 Trials. Ruff Puffs appeared in the Overthere Stair in Super Paper Mario. Ruff Puffs also appear in the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials.
