Chet is a womanizing young man from the second floor of Flopside who appears in Super Paper Mario. Although he often attempts to flirt, he is always rejected and is currently working on a new record for most rejections. His known attempts at love include Inga the innkeeper, Merlee, and Nastasia. A man named Fret from Flipside resembles him greatly.
