- —Telephone Booth, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Glitzville is a Chinese-style city built on an artificial floating island. It is the setting of Chapter 3 of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake. The city has a Hot Dog Stand and souvenir shop on its left and a juice bar on the right, but the main attraction is the Glitz Pit in the middle. Glitzville is popular and gets visitors from all around the world, according to Goombella's Tattle. There is also a pay phone in the left of the foreground. There is also a Hot Dog cut-out next to the Hot Dog Stand.
To reach Glitzville, Mario must take the Cheep Blimp. However, Mario needs a ticket to access the blimp, which can be received from Don Pianta for finding his daughter, Francesca.

Trivia[edit]
- The Japanese "Oolongtown" moniker appeared on the Glitz Pit building's label on the official Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door website,[citation needed] although it was referred to as "Glitzville" everywhere else.
- When the camera pans across Glitzville at the start of Chapter 3, a poster of a Moon Cleft can be seen behind the Hot Dog Stand, while no normal Clefts appear anywhere in Glitzville.
- In the model of Glitzville that appears when Mario is being lowered into city, the sign that reads "Glitzville" instead reads "Urontown", a partial romanization of its Japanese name.[1][2]
