Nob, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Nob is a Bob-omb character that appears in Fahr Outpost in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He resides in the northwest of the clearing in the village, or to the left side of the door to the rocket-launching station. Nob is a blue Bob-omb with a fur hat on top of his head, who assures Mario that there is nothing in the outpost.
