Harry and Walt are a group of characters appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "The Teddy Bear Scare."

They first appear at the beginning of the episode, where they make off with the money from a ticket booth as two police officers chase after them before stashing it in the teddy bear Patty receives. When they spot her with the bear, they promptly snatch it from her.

On a roller coaster, Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones manage to take the teddy bear back from the thieves, but they kidnap Patty when they finish the ride and attempt to use her to bribe them to return the bear in exchange for her release at the House of Horrors. At the haunted house, Bones gives them back the "bear," which is actually Donkey Kong Jr. in disguise, who attempts to net them when revealing himself. However, Bones knocks over a set of dummies, allowing the criminals to use Jr.'s net to capture him and run off with the money.

At a watermelon cart, Harry and Walt tip it over in an attempt to stop Jr., who freed himself from the net. However, Jr. jumps over the watermelons and uses a sign to hit them back at them, one of which causes them to slip into a dunk tank. Jr. hits another watermelon that hits its target, dumping them into the tank. While Harry and Walt aren't seen for the rest of the episode, it is implied that they were arrested for their crimes, as evidenced by Jr. directing the police officers to the dunk tank.
