Mayor O. K. Leeder is a character exclusive to the PC version of Mario is Missing!, appearing as the fictional mayor of Tokyo, Japan. His name is a pun on "OK leader."

Like all other mayors in the game, he contacts Luigi via videophone upon his arrival in the city, as well as after all of the artifacts in the area have been returned to their rightful locations. In the first call, Mayor O. K. Leeder states that the artifacts are walking out of the city due to the Koopa Troopas.

Once all of the artifacts have been recovered, Luigi receives a second call from Mayor O. K. Leeder, who thanks him for saving the city from the Koopas and wishes him luck on the rest of his adventure.

Quotes

  • "Hi, Luigi, this is Mayor O. K. Leeder. I sent you the papers (you owe me a quarter). You're going to be great, I know it. Our artifacts are walking out of here -- walking, crawling, whatever turtles do. We tried the rest, now we've got the best. Make them remember you, Luigi. Bring back those artifacts alive!"
  • "Luigi. You've saved our city from the Koopas, and the people are grateful. Thank you, good luck and good bye! And say hi to Mario when you find him!"
