Mayor McChan is a character in the PC version of Mario is Missing!. He is the fictional mayor of Beijing. He, like any other mayor, contacts Luigi from a video phone on two separate occasions, the first time being when first Luigi first arrives[1] and the second time when he recovers every artifact.[2]
