Shireikan is a minor character in BS Super Mario USA who serves as Ōsama's right-hand man. During cutscenes, he is always seen next to Ōsama while also using a telephone. During gameplay, he talks to the player like the other characters.
His design is similar to that of Luigi, with both having similar mustaches as well as being tall and skinny.
