Species Human
First appearance The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! ("Zenned Out Mario") (1989)

Tulio is a plumber appearing in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Zenned Out Mario." During the episode, only his silhouette is seen, leaving his physical appearance mostly a mystery.

Prior to events of the episode, Mario had asked his sister out. Angry, Tulio went to find him to pulverize him.

Later, Tulio arrives at Mario Brothers Plumbing, where he plans to pulverize him. However, after being ordered by Obi-Wan Cannoli to go home and forget about pulverizing Mario and be lucky that he got rid of sister, he, sounding hypnotized, calls Mario his friend and leaves.

Tulio is mentioned to "eat steel parts for lunch," and had turned his sister's last boyfriend into a "human pretzel."
