Turnpike Tex in the Saturday Supercade episode "Trucknapper Caper"

Turnpike Tex is a character appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Trucknapper Caper." He is a truck driver who is also a champion arm wrestler. According to the trucknappers, he is "tougher than [a] Texas tornado." He is also the owner of the Turnpike Tex Truck Stop.

During the episode, to "join" the trucknappers, Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones are tasked to steal Turnpike Tex's truck at the Turnpike Tex Truck Stop. At the truck stop, Tex is having an arm wrestling match with another patron, whom he easily knocks out, destroying the table they were wrestling at in the process. After he defeats the challenger, Donkey Kong Jr., having watched the match, decides to challenge Tex. As he wrestles with Tex, he manages to grab the keys to Tex's truck with his leg, pulling off his pants in the process, and then instantly defeats him. He then tells the trucknappers to meet back at the hideout, then drives off with the stolen truck just as Tex is about to catch him. Turnpike Tex is not seen for the rest of the episode.
