"One-Eyed" Belinda, more commonly referred to as just Belinda is a sea lion appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "The Great Seal Steal" and Flippie's mother. She and Flippie live in a pool in Oceanland, being taken care of by Tina. Every night, they perform at the amusement park.
Belinda first appears when Bones falls into their pool while Flippie plays water basketball, with her holding the hoop. She and Flippie then lift Bones out of their pool at Tina's request. Belinda then laughs when Flippie spits water at Bones as payback for falling in. When Flippie is stolen by Clyde and his partner so that they can steal the pearl at Prince Rajah's next ceremony. Belinda asks Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones to rescue her son, which they then head off to do.
Belinda later appears at the end of the episode, where she is consoled by Tina as Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones arrive back with Flippie after returning the pearl to its rightful place, Flippie hugging her. They then headbutt Bones to show appreciation and jump into their pool with him.
