Charlie is a police officer appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "The Teddy Bear Scare."
He first appears with his assistant, where they chase after Harry and Walt after they steal the money from a ticket booth.
He and his co-worker later appear after Harry and Walt kidnap Patty, where they chase after Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones after discovering the teddy bear containing the money with them. Jr. and Bones hide in a tent for a magic in attempt to throw them off their trail by disguising themselves as magicians, but fail. However, they trap the officers inside boxes as part of their "disappearing act" and run off.
Charlie and his co-worker are last seen at the end of the episode, where Jr. directs them to the dunk tank Harry and Walt are in.
