Kazuya Mishima is a major character in the Tekken series. Originally a protagonist in the first Tekken, he has continuously changed position between being a protagonist and a antagonist.

Kazuya was revealed as an upcoming DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Fighter Pass 2 during a Nintendo Direct at E3 2021. His moveset is derivative of Tekken's fighting style. Kazuya can also transform into Devil Gene Kazuya, which enhances many of his moves similar to that of Joker's Rebellion Gauge and Sephiroth's Winged Form. Kazuya's Final Smash involves using his Devil Gene mode to trap opponents and attack using laser beams.
