Biff is a character appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Sheep Rustle Hustle." He is the young owner of a ranch consisting mainly of sheep.
He first appears alongside his dog King when Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones hopp the fence, and immediately forgives the duo for their trespassing. Before long, however, the Sheep Rustlers attack, capturing all of the sheep as well as King while he attempts to stop them. Donkey Kong Jr., Bones, and Biff give chase, but their plan ends in a failure, and Biff is captured and thrown into a cell as a result.
