The couple is the first ever client to call the Super Mario Bros. Plumbing service. They are an Afro-American couple with a dog named [[Francis (The Super Mario Bros. Movie)|Francis]], who ends up getting mad at Luigi for stepping and breaking his dog treat. After Mario and Luigi quickly repairs the couple's sink, Francis attacks them in the bathroom, causing the pipes to be damaged and eventually ruining and flooding the bathroom.
