The Galata Bridge (Turkish: Galata Köprüsü) is a bridge that spans the Golden Horn Harbor. It was built during the reign of Sultan Abdulmejid II. It was made of wood, but it got renewed and restored repeatedly until another bridge was built in 1987. There is a variety of fish restaurants under the bridge.[1] The Galata Bridge is located in Istanbul, Turkey.

In the PC versions of Mario is Missing!, a Koopa Troopa stole the Turkish Flag from the bridge, forcing the site to close until Luigi returns it.
