Dandy Andy is a ventriloquist appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "The Ventriloquist Caper." His name may based on the phrase "handy-dandy."
He first appears at the Golden Bridge Theatre, where he entertains Donkey Kong Jr., Bones, and Peter Windson with his doll. With the Wrestling Gorilla absent, he plans to perform instead.
