Carnival headdress in Mario is Missing!

The carnival headdress is an item exclusive to the PC versions of Mario is Missing!. It is a headdress from the Carnival parade in Rio de Janeiro before a Koopa stole it, forcing the parade to shut down until Luigi returns it to the curator, granting a reward of 1650 dollars and a bonus of 3000 dollars.
