The Rembrandt's paintbrush is an item exclusive to the PC version of Mario is Missing!. In that game, one of the Koopa Troopas steal it off from Rembrandt's House, forcing the house to close until Luigi returns it with a reward of 975 dollars and 2600 dollars.
