The Klaft of the Sphinx is an artifact from the Sphinx. In the PC, SNES, and NES versions of Mario is Missing!, it is one of the objects Koopa Troopas stole from Cairo for money.
Information
- Boy: "It's the cat in the hat! But this cat is 240 feet long and 66 feet tall."
- Tourist: "While you're returning that cap, will you buy me a postcard of the Great Pyramid?"
- Reporter: "The Sphinx will smile when you appear. He doesn't like to show his ears."
- Scientist: "It's made of sandstone like the rest of the Sphinx. Take it back to Giza, 9 miles from Cairo."
- Policewoman: "That's the Sphinx's klaft, or hood to you English speaking types. Hats off for finding it!"
