Kathmandu (Nepali: काठमाडौं, Kāṭhamāḍauṁ) is the capital city of Nepal. Along with Sydney, Dublin, Buenos Aires, and Berlin, it is one of the five cities in the PC version of Mario is Missing! Luigi has to visit in order to defeat Wendy O. Koopa. Just like all the other cities in Mario is Missing!, Kathmandu was invaded by Koopa Troopas. The enemies steal artifacts from various local landmarks: a Nail from the Toothache Tree, a Rickshaw from Asan Tol, and the statue of Mahavishnu from the pool of water at Budhanilkantha Temple. In order to proceed, Luigi has to return all the artifacts.
