The Aalsmeer Flower Auction, just outside Amsterdam, is the heart of the European florist trade. Six days a week, vendors gather there to bid for hundreds of different types of flowers. A gigantic clock showing the prices starts high and is gradually lowered. The first vendor to push a button and stop the clock owns that particular lot of flowers for the price shown.”

Aalsmeer Flower Market (properly titled Aalsmeer Flower Auction in real life) is a well-known flower shop in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It appears in the PC versions of Mario is Missing! as a visitable location. In the game, the place closes when a Koopa stole the tulip from the Aalsmeer Flower Market, until Luigi returns it there.
