Pine T. Jr. and his dad
“You took on my trouble? Ohhhhhh, thank the stars! This is just terrible!”
Pine T. Jr., Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Pine T. Jr., also simply called Pine T., is a young Toad in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. At one point in the game, he asks for help at the Trouble Center. His request is for Mario to help his father, who went into the Pit of 100 Trials to earn some extra money but never came back out. After Mario saves Pine T. Jr.'s dad, he will award Mario a Silver Card for the Paper Game at the Pianta Parlor.

Later, Pine T. Jr. sends an email to Mario, in which he mentions that his father has found a new job taking care of Li'l Oinks (mistranslated as "Bubu" in the English GameCube version) in Toad Town.

Email

Dad's Job

Hey, you know what? My daddy found a new job! He takes care of Li'l Oinks in Toad Town. He's all recharged now!

I'm still not good at studying, but I'm trying so I can help my daddy!

I don't know what I can do to help Daddy yet, but I'm gonna study lots until I figure something out, OK? Well, see ya!

From, Pine T.

Tattle

Goombella can use Tattle on Pine T. Jr. only when Mario finds him at the entrance to the Pit of 100 Trials while taking on his trouble.

  • "That's Pine T. Jr., who asked us to find his dad. Hey, guy!"
