Help my Daddy! is the twelfth Trouble Center mission in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, initiated by Pine T. Jr. It is first available after clearing Chapter 2.

Mission[edit]

Reunited

After taking on the trouble, Mario must venture into Rogueport Underground and head to the entrance to the Pit of 100 Trials to find Pine T. Jr., who explains that his father, Pine T. Sr., had gone into the pit but never returned, so Pine T. Jr. asks Mario to bring his father back. Upon reaching Level 18 of the pit, Mario finds Pine T. Sr. knocked out. He wakes up after Mario defeats the opponent and talks to him. Pine T. Sr. asks Mario to show him the way out, and Mario must make his way down to Level 20, where the nearest exit pipe is. Upon reaching that level, Pine T. Sr. takes the pipe, and Mario too must take the pipe that warps him back to the entrance, where he finds the father reunited with his son. By talking to them, Pine T. Jr. rewards Mario with a Silver Card before leaving with his father, and the trouble is solved.
