Toronto is the largest city in Canada, being the capital of Ontario. It appears in Mario is Missing!, though it is exclusive to the PC version of the game. Along with Tokyo, Cairo, Bombay, and Amsterdam, it is part of the fourth level set, which Luigi must visit in order to obtain a Fire Flower to defeat Iggy Koopa. Like all the other cities in Mario is Missing!, Toronto is invaded by Koopa Troopas, who steal artifacts from various local landmarks. In this case, they steal a telescope from the Canadian National Tower, a Mounty's Hat from a Canadian Mounty Station, and a Golden Maple Leaf from Toronto City Hall. Luigi is tasked by Toronto's unnamed mayor with returning all the artifacts.

- The recent surge in sales for the Hafta Havit Hairdryer Hotline Corp.[sic] (HHHHC) has stopped. The company's stock fell on news that its biggest customer is unable to pay for shipments. Installment payments are being dicussed. Angry HHHHC executives blame Luigi for their troubles.
- Luckless Landmarks Lightened
- Some unlucky landmarks have been relieved of their artifacts lately in a long list of larcenies. Curators caution that the Koopas responsible for the crimes are still crawling about, and suggest that anyone who spots them call the cops quickly.
