King Tut's Mask is an item exclusive to the PC versions of Mario is Missing!. It comes from the Tomb of King Tutenkhamen[sic] in Cairo, Egypt. A Koopa stole the mask, forcing the tomb to shut down until Luigi returns it to the curator granting a reward of 2450 dollars.
