Slam is a rock band appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "New Wave Ape."
They first appear at the concert hall during the band contest, where they are depressed after Donkey Kong stole their instruments while hypnotized by Harry. After being de-hypnotized by Mario and Pauline, he returns the instruments.
They are last seen at the end of the episode, where they stand beside rival rock band Panther and the Thunderbolts as the latter is declared the winner of the contest.
