Luigeena is a minor character in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! who appeared in "Marianne & Luigeena." She and her sister Marianne are very fond of one another, although they occasionally argue. Luigeena is unaware that her cousins, Mario and Luigi, think poorly of them. She shares her name with Aunt Luigeena, who is either her aunt or mother. Her name is a play on the name "Luigi."

Visiting the Mario Bros.

In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "Marianne and Luigeena", Luigeena, after hearing from her sister, Marianne that Lyle Alzado would be visiting Mario Brothers Plumbing, decides to go there in order to court Lyle.

Arriving at Mario Bros. Plumbing, Marianne and Luigeena notice Mario and Luigi are not home, but Lyle Alzado is there. Approaching Lyle, Marianne and Luigeena instantly begins to flirt with him, unnerving him greatly. After making continued attempts to flirt with Lyle, Luigeena is eventually sent away to find Mario and Luigi by Marianne.

After some absence, Luigeena, along with Marianne, who had gone off to search for Luigeena, return to Mario Brothers Plumbing to tell Lyle that their date with him was off; the two had recently seen Mel Gibson and had decided to follow him home. Luigeena and Marianne then leave, leaving a slightly disappointed Lyle behind.

Appearance

Luigeena claims that she has been compared to her cousin Luigi many times. Not only do they have identical faces, but they also have similar builds. Both are tall and lanky. She wears a bright red dress with nylons, matching hat, long gold necklace, black heeled shoes, and she uses a black leather purse.
