Master Tetsu is a character in the Bakuso King Dojo section of the Japanese Mario Kart Arcade GP DX website and the master of the dojo. He has a gray moustache, gray hair with a red mohawk, gray racing goggles with blue lens, and dark gray and red clothing. He has a daughter named Maki and is at level 20 in the National Battle mode.

Master Tetsu teaches his students Yūji and Fukusuke about moves and techniques in the National Battle mode of Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. However, it is not his source of income; he runs the dojo for free and has a job. Despite this, he often takes days off to play the game according to him in Episode 10, which allowed him to complete every region in National Battle and unlock the Mach Pegasus. In some episodes, he speaks to the readers directly to give them a code for a pack or an announcement about an event.
