The Fahr Outpost mayor is a green Bob-omb with a hat resembling an ushanka who appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake. Similar to other Bob-ombs from Fahr Outpost, he speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent. If Mario asks the mayor to use Big Bob without Admiral Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once Mario has Bobbery out, he will tell Mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon. Once Mario gets both items from Goldbob and General White, he lets Mario use the cannon.
Like most of the other Bob-ombs at Fahr Outpost, he is very secretive and wants non-Bob-ombs to go away. This may be due to the possession of a giant cannon and his fear that someone will use it for evil. Later though, he seems to get friendlier with Mario.

- In Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door's end credits parade, the mayor's silhouette can be seen with the Fahr Outpost characters.
- In the remake, a sleeping General White is passed down a group of Bob-ombs following the Fahr Outpost mayor; they eventually throw him on the stage.
