Oyazi

Oyazi is a secret opponent and unlockable character in the Japan-only game Wrecking Crew '98. He is faced in "Stage C", accessible by defeating Foreman Spike in stage four within two minutes. When Mario enters the building, he is seen lamenting the fact that the facility he built is "cold" and drinking from his bottle, but still challenges Mario to a match to defend it. After his defeat, he appreciates the destruction of the building and expresses a desire to build warm, cozy houses from now on. Defeating him also unlocks him as a playable character in VS. Mode and Tournament Mode.

His name is derived from oyaji (親父) meaning "father" in Japanese, but is often used as an informal term to refer to middle-aged men.
