He is an art expert and appraiser who hosts a show called Lifestyles of the Poor and Unknown (a parody of the real show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, hosted by Robin Leach). He constantly speaks as if he were hosting an appraisal show. He appears in the live-action segment "The Painting."
