The Fahr Outpost mayor is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake. He is a green Bob-omb with a hat resembling an ushanka. The Fahr Outpost mayor speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent, similarly to other Bob-ombs from Fahr Outpost. If Mario asks the mayor to use Big Bob without Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon.
