Jonathan is not seen for the remainder of the issue, although he was presumably evacuated with the rest of Seaside Height's population due to the nuclear power plant situation.

Jonathan is a character featured in the Game Boy issue "Pipes is Pipes". He is a friend of Michael Hallis

While visiting an amusement park in Seaside Heights, Michael tells Jonathan that he heard Eddie Pasternak talk about how to summon Mario from the Game Boy. Jonathan is disbelieving, saying that Mario is only a video game character and that Eddie is an idiot. The two leave the amusement park and see each other off at Michael's house.
