Mini-Egg is a move which Yoshi uses during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door after reaching Super Rank. This move costs 3 FP to perform. The Action Command determines how many eggs are thrown by Yoshi. For every time the player correctly presses as the star lights up, an egg will be thrown; resulting in up to three eggs at Super Rank, or four at Ultra Rank. These eggs deal 1 damage at base power, and are affected by power buffs, other than Charge. Unlike Yoshi’s other multi-hit moves, Ground Pound and Stampede, the damage of consecutive hits does not decay, and all eggs will have the same base power. Each egg also has a chance of shrinking the enemy, depending on each enemy's individual susceptibility. Furthermore the player cannot pick a target for this attack, and each egg will randomly choose any enemy target.
To perform the move's stylish, the player must press as the final egg thrown by Yoshi hits the enemy.
