That's a Dark Lakitu. It rides a rain cloud. Max HP is 13, Attack is 5, and Defense is 0. It attacks by throwing pipes at you. If it's holding up a pipe[sic] when you jump on it, you'll get hurt. And sometimes the pipes[sic] it throws turn into Sky-Blue Spinies. Whoa! If you only attack the Spinies, you'll never win, so go after the Dark Lakitu!

Dark Lakitus are stronger versions of Lakitus in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door where they are only found in the Pit of 100 Trials. Although at first glance they are identical to Lakitus, many subtle details separate them. Appearance-wise, their clouds are slightly darker and more brown, they have red shells, and they have a mean look on their face. Dark Lakitus also throw Sky-Blue Pipes instead of Spiny Eggs.
