- “Life feels so simple when I'm near flowers. Who knows why? Maybe I'm just tired...”
- —Goomez, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Goomez is a Goomba who appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is a very minor character encountered in Rogueport's west side. Goomez enjoys lounging in the pleasant, grassy area around Rogueport's fountain. He is mentioned in RDM Issue 4 where it talked about his embarrassment of falling asleep and accidentally eating the flowers.
