Rally Wink is a move used by Goombella in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Rally Wink allows Goombella to give Mario another turn to attack, regardless of whether or not he has already attacked. This move's effects are similar to the Fast status, but Rally Wink differs in that it adds an extra turn regardless of how many turns Mario currently has. This move can only be learned if Goombella is at the Ultra Rank. The move is executed by rapidly tapping the or button, depending on what is shown, which causes Goombella to approach Mario. If Goombella is close enough to Mario, she gives him a kiss, allowing him to attack one more time. This move costs four FP.
