Template:Pmenemybox A Badge Bandit is a purple-colored Bandit that can only be found in the Pit of 100 Trials during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Unlike other Bandits, these thieves can steal Badges, as well as items and coins. Stolen badges can be recovered by using Ms. Mowz's Kiss Thief move, or by beating the Badge Bandit - the badge will then reappear on the screen to be picked up. If a Badge Bandit manages to run away with a badge, the battle must be refought to reclaim the badge. Mario can use a Boo's Sheet, a Volt Shroom or equip the Zap Tap Badge to stop Badge Bandits from stealing his badges. The plumber can also protect himself by consistently guarding or superguarding the attacks of these Bandits. If the player accidentally beats all the enemies without re-engaging battle to make it re-appear, the lost badge will re-appear in The Lovely Howz of Badges to purchase again.
