Glitz Pit Security, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

The Glitz Pit Security, or just Security, is a team of guards that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Their main function is to control access to the various rooms of the Glitz Pit, including barring Mario from entering rooms that the player is not supposed to access. Security members are also tasked with escorting fighters from the locker rooms to the ring before matches. The species of the Security is unknown, but all of them are muscular, blue-skinned, have yellow tufts of hair, wear black shades and suits, and hold their hands behind their backs (which are made visible in certain poses in the game's remake). They resemble real-world personal bodyguards, who are tasked with protecting moguls and other kinds of important people.

Before the championship fight, one of the security members leads Mario to a deserted locker room and locks him inside, minutes before the fight. This leads to the conclusion that Rawk Hawk cheated and somehow convinced the security to lock Mario in and prevent him from fighting in the championship match.

Tattles[edit]

In the original game, each individual security guard has a unique Tattle, though they all share an introduction and conclusion. The remake updates them all to share the first variation.
