It is a cola bar managed by a [[Toad (species)|Toad]] bartender called [[Herb T.]] and is localized in the city district of the [[Rogueport Underground]]. The player can find it to the left of the elevator platform in that area. Its main purpose in the game is to share trivia about various things found throughout the game with the player.

A knowledgeable man called [[Wonky]] is one of the bar's regulars, and he will provide rumors and other stories to the player, if they pay him five coins. Besides Wonky, a blue [[Bandit]] can be found in the bar, as well as a male pink [[Bob-omb]] who tries to be as knowledgeable as Wonky, but fails since his advice is too trivial. Herb T.'s place is a location found in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake. It is a cola bar managed by a Toad bartender called Herb T. and is localized in the city district of the Rogueport Underground. The player can find it to the left of the elevator platform in that area. Its main purpose in the game is to share trivia about various things found throughout the game with the player.

A knowledgeable man called Wonky is one of the bar's regulars, and he will provide rumors and other stories to the player, if they pay him five coins.
