The Twilight Shop manager's wife is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake. She runs the Twilight Shop alongside her husband, the manager, and is the one to directly talk to customers.
When Mario first arrives in Twilight Town, she can be heard crying from outside the Twilight Shop. Upon entering the shop, she explains to Mario that her husband was turned into a pig by Doopliss, leaving her unable to run the store on her own. Still wanting to help Mario, she allows him access to the shop's storeroom, though he must find the key lost by the manager in the woods. In the storeroom is a black chest that curses Mario with Tube Mode, allowing him to progress to Creepy Steeple.
After Mario loses his body and the transformed townspeople are returned to normal, it is revealed that the pig inside the Twilight Shop was actually Dupree, not the manager, leading to an argument between the two over the manager's wife.
In the remake, she can be seen cheering on Mario alongside her husband and other Twilight Town residents during the final battle against the Shadow Queen.
