Boy is a player for the Diamond City Roughs. He appears during Mona's stage in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. As evidenced by the Japanese version of the game, Boy is in fact his name and not just a descriptor.

Boy is shown to have a crush on Mona, and he tries very hard to win the game against Team Dinosaur in order to impress her. After the game, he tries to tell her about his feelings, but accidentally confesses to one of the Monettes instead, as Mona had already driven off on her scooter by the time he manages to blurt it out. The Japanese website for WarioWare: Smooth Moves implies this confession was addressed specifically to Catherine of the Monettes and has led to them dating, as she refers to him as her boyfriend on the website.[1]
