- “Sorry, bub, but authorized people only past this point.”
- —Glitz Pit Security, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
The Glitz Pit Security are the security of the Glitz Pit that watch over certain areas of the pit in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The species of the Security is unknown, but all of them are muscular, blue-skinned, have yellow tufts of hair, wear black shades and suits, and hold their hands behind their backs. They resemble real-world members of the secret service, who are tasked with protecting the president. The security's purpose is to work for Grubba (later Jolene) and make sure the fighters don't get out of hand. However, before the championship fight, one of the security members leads Mario to a deserted locker room and locks him inside, minutes before the fight. This leads to the conclusion that Rawk Hawk cheated and somehow convinced the security to lock Mario in and prevent him from fighting in the Championship match.
